Parents & Family Weekend

Parents & Family Weekend, October 17–19, 2024, offers an opportunity to meet with classroom teachers, enjoy time with parents and faculty, and attend performing and visual arts programming and athletic contests.

Registering for Parents & Family Weekend is not the same as booking your conference appointment. To learn more about making a conference appointment, please click the Teacher Conference Sign Up button below.

Teacher Conference Sign-Up will be available on Monday, Oct. 7 at 9 a.m. EST. Parents will be notified by email when sign-up begins.  
When booking your conference, be sure the appointment block does not overlap with other weekend programming so you do not accidentally double-book yourself.

Fall Long Weekend
October 19-22, 2024
Following Parents & Family Weekend, students may depart campus after their last commitment on Saturday, which may be as late as 5:30 p.m.

Boarding students are due back on corridor by 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22. Fall term classes resume Wednesday morning, October 23.
